Digital Access to Your Health Plan Information
As soon as you receive your health plan ID card, you can create an online member center account and get your HealthSafe ID. Then download the HPN & SHL mobile app and sign in with your HealthSafe ID.

Sign in to the online member center with your HealthSafe ID. First time users will need to register.
Use this convenient service to:
- Secure chat with a Member Services representative.
- View, download and email your health plan ID card.
- Find out who is on record as your primary care provider (PCP).
- See your copay, deductible, and out-of-pocket expenses, if applicable.
- Check the status of a claim, prior authorization or referral.
- Access your health records. Only available to Southwest Medical patients who opt-in to receive electronic medical records.
- Update your contact information and address.
- Select communication preferences.
- Look up pharmacy copays and see filled medications.
- Discover the latest health plan news.
- Set up online invoicing and payment (applies to individual members).

Our online member center and mobile app have moved to HealthSafe ID®, an enhanced, secure way for you to sign in. You’ll need to create an account to get your HealthSafe ID.
Opt-in to receive certain health plan notifications by email and text message. Sign in to the online member center or download the HPN & SHL app. Then click on the profile icon to select your communication preferences.
Your personal medical information is confidential and is only available to you and your provider.
You must be a Health Plan of Nevada member to create an online member center account and use the app.
